THE Trident Training Method
This is our flagship system that considers all areas of your life when developing a strength and conditioning program, a nutrition plan and we will also work on developing habits to live a long and healthy life!
Adult Group Training
60-minute specialized training sessions aimed at developing speed, power, and agility for athletes to enhance their performance in their respective sports.
ATHLETIC TRAINING
60-minute session aimed to build strength and improve cardiovascular health. Groups consist of other like minded individuals who want to see progress in the gym and help motivate each other to accomplish their goals!
